No, you cannot add funds or withdraw cash via a debit card on Eleavers or StudAds. These platforms are advertising networks, not banks, so they don’t function like financial institutions.
For adding funds as an advertiser, they only accept methods such as PayPal or wire transfers. For publishers, withdrawals are also handled automatically through PayPal or wire transfers depending on eligibility.
Debit cards are not part of their system for either funding or payouts.
